Does your Pilates teacher’s training match the UK NHS website recommendations?
- The NHS website advises considering the experience & quality of your teacher’s training, as well as personality & rapport …and states that experienced teachers will have undergone a minimum of 450 teacher training hours.
- The Pilates Foundation, with whom I undertook some of my training, demand these training hours including 100 hours of supervised teaching practice. Hopefully that is reassuring.
