Gill’s pilates teaching is fun, focussed and highly professional.
Explaining the techniques in an easy-to-understand manner, Gill showed me how to do the exercises for maximum benefit. I had concerns about my ribs, which tend to dislocate, and she helped me stretch and strengthen safely and with confidence.

Before I started your Pilates regime, I couldn’t go to the cinema and watch a film all the way through without standing up half way through because of back pain. Since I started Pilates with you, I attend a weekly session plus I try to do a short exercise every morning based on what I’ve learned with you. I no longer have back ache which is terrific.
